About Feed People Chicken

About Feed People Chicken

Feed People Chicken was built to deliver rotisserie meals for large groups fresh off the truck – without sacrificing organization or quality.

We saw a gap between small-event catering and high-volume meal service. Teams, facilities, and large gatherings needed food that was satisfying, consistent, and professionally executed.

That’s where we fit.

Our approach combines comfort food with disciplined execution – rooted in a career spent taking care of people in high-pressure environments, now brought into every meal we serve.

We focus on:

Who Is Feed People Chicken?

Our Story

Feed People Chicken was built on a simple belief: take care of people, and everything else follows.

Founder Robert Sebel spent nearly four decades as an emergency room nurse, serving patients and families during some of the most critical moments of their lives. After 38 years on the front lines of healthcare, Robert retired with the same mission that guided his entire career – show up, work hard, and take care of people the right way.

Feed People Chicken is the natural next chapter of that calling.

What started around the family table has grown into a purpose-driven food operation focused on one thing: serving hot, high-quality rotisserie chicken meals that actually satisfy hungry people. No shortcuts. No gimmicks. Just honest food made with care and served with pride.

Robert built Feed People Chicken alongside his wife Sue and their family, who remain at the heart of the operation every day.

From early mornings prepping in the commissary to serving busy lunch crowds and community events across North Carolina, this is truly a family-run business grounded in hard work and personal accountability.

While the setting has changed from the emergency department to the rotisserie line, the mission remains the same:

Take care of people. Feed them well. Do the job right.

Today, Feed People Chicken proudly serves businesses, job sites, hospitals, and major events across the region — bringing fresh, slow-roasted chicken and comfort sides to the people who need a reliable, satisfying meal.

Because at the end of the day, we’re not just serving chicken. We’re here to feed people.
